The mission goal of inventing "The eStore System" (TES) is by means of "Creating New Industry" for "Solving Unemployment". After making much efforts more than a decade and investing ten millions of dollars, we finally stepped onto the podium of APEC 1998 to turn “TES” into a Bill of “E-Commerce” and declared: "The era of contactless has come, and people will be able to 'make the world's money at home'." The transaction tool of TES is called "TranSmart Card", which is composed of smart chips using contactless induction transmission. At first, it took more than two years to decide to use "the wave of radio frequency".
