K-Horn Science Inc.

"K-Horn Science Inc." (KSI) is an "Incubator" established by Peter L. C. Kuo in New York, USA in 1979; "Black Stone Co." was incubated on March 13 and to develop the relevant products of "Satellite Receivers and Cable TV" for reviving the economy of 1980s. Mr. Kuo was focus on "Saving Barbie" during 1982~1985, making Barbie reborn and soared on wings to the top of the world. Furthermore, KSI incubated Taiwan's first social enterprise "Sanhornic Enterprise Co., Ltd." and proclaimed that "Creating New Industry for New Jobs" to invent the series products of contactless-tech since 1986; meanwhile, the I/Os of American NTSC and European PAL were unified by KSI.

In early 1990, "K-Horn Science Inc." was located in Taipei to pour money of trillion dollars and made much efforts to develop the "RF Transmitter" and to assemble a new tech-economic system which is named "The eStore System" (TES); and won the Bill of "E-Commerce" when President Linda Din was invited as a keynote speaker of APEC 1998; then, "Panhonic ComMec Inc." (PCI) was created to continue the mission goal of social responsibility investment (SRI). President Din proposed the "Global Channel-TES" at the stage of APEC 2003 as a keynote speaker to win "The Best Practice" for the new era of contactless-tech. Moreover, Mr. Kuo was invited to attend APEC CEO Summit 2006 to promote that "Support by Satellite for Mobile Communication;” and PCI founded a base in Santa Clara, California--Silicon Valley to attain the achievement for commercialization of smart mobile devices. After the Economic Plague, Mr. Kuo was invited again to APEC CEO Summit 2009 to promote that "IIA-TES" which means to invest in America for the economic stimulus, and then led the development of the information economy and digital economy in the 21st century.

People often wonder about the word "K-Horn". Mr. Kuo always replied first: "Do you believe in God?" Because those askers have believe or faith, then could understand its meaning. Afterwards, Mr. Kuo will explain patiently that compound word "K-Horn" comes from the Holy Bible "Hannah's prayer": "The Lord will give strength to his king and exalt the horn of his anointed." (1 Samuel 2:10) Its meaning is "Life will be endless."

Today, the social responsibility investment (SRI) initiated by K-Horn Science Inc. has become the mainstream of universal concern; at the same time, one of the inventions that make up TES, the "Cashless System" reached an annual transaction volume of USD 36 trillion during the period of epidemic, and non-cash transactions have gradually become megatrend.

And after years of preaching, the e-commerce industry is surging in the world, and KSI’s "Global Channel-TES" has truly become "the best practice of strengthening the economic society;" consequently, the world in the 21st century will keep spinning that revolves around the inventions of TES--such as "Power Chip/ Contactless-tech/ Cashless TranSmart Chip Card and its Reading Device/ RF Transmitter/ TSCM/ ICT/ Control Center/ VAM & eStore/ Interphone/ ATM/ Security Entrance Devices/ ETC/ Micro Business/ 3C/ EC" and etc., for achieving the operation of the Contactless Economy in the 21st century.

On December 2, 2023, “If you want to reconcile jobs creation, strategic autonomy and sovereignty, and low carbon emissions , there is nothing more sustainable and reliable than nuclear energy ,” said French President Emmanuel Macron during his address at the Tripling Nuclear Energy by 2050 ceremony. The COP28 climate conference which resulted in nearly every country in the world agreeing to transition away from fossil fuels, determining the trend of energy development in the next 20 years; unfortunately, the only outsider in this very conference still clings to “ fossil ”. K-Horn's SRI

( Chinese ) K-Horn Science Inc. (KSI) is an incubator, belonging to the third sector besides the other two sectors. KSI has been conducting the “ Social Responsibility Investment ” (SRI) under the concept of " Universal Concern " for more than 40 years to adapt to a changing world.  For the sake of attaining the mission goal of solving unemployment, " Sanhornic Enterprise Ltd. " (SEL) was founded in 1986 by KSI’s self-fund as a social enterprise; then established " Panhornic ComMec Inc. " (PCI) continuously to create a new industry for building a new technological economic system— called as " The eSore System "—also known as " The E-commerce System " and abbreviated to " TES " (Fig 1). Paving the Way for AI

What he saw was absolutely correct. As to Taiwan - Silicon Valley and " AI " (artificial intelligence) seem to be closely linked. Everything happens shall be for a reason. Here I am trying to record its cause and effect and look forward to the future. * “Global Channel-TES ”— Our Invention won the best practice at APEC Reviewing the past and learning the new is a good way to create tomorrow's industries. When I was looking for old information on the development of the e-commerce industry, I was surprised to see two books " Home Computers " that I bought in the United States 46 years ago. There were already talking about " Artificial Intelligence " (AI) in the books, and saw that the author Rich Didday wrote in Silicon Valley in 1976 :
