Political and economic leaders from 21 economy bodies will gather in San Francisco , USA to discuss the theme of the 2023 Leaders' Meeting: " Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All ". On this November 3, former US President Barack Obama held a  forum in Chicago and appeared in person to speak on "Remarks on Economic Justice" and encourage innovation of technology for building a new economic system. Obama's "Remarks on Economic Justice" Recall that APEC CEO Summit 2011 held in Hawaii , President Obama was the host. The mission goal of inventing "The eStore System" (TES) is by means of "Creating New Industry" for "Solving Unemployment". After making much efforts more than a decade and investing ten millions of dollars, we finally stepped onto the podium of APEC 1998 to turn “TES” into a Bill of “E-Commerce” and declared: "The era of contactless has come, and people will be able to 'make the world's money at home'." The transaction tool of TES is called "TranSmart Card", which is composed of smart chips using contactless induction transmission. At first, it took more than two years to decide to use "the wave of radio frequency". Today, people searched K-Horn Science Inc. online to find the said product "RF Modulator"; and then an "RF Transmitter"--one kind of converter using radio frequency to develop for applying on the "eStore", and further to form a system of e-commerce.

K-Horn Science's President Linda Din brought her invention to APEC 1997 in Vancouver , Canada during the Asian Financial Crisis. Everyone heard about her invention of "The eStore System" (TES) -- a new tech-economic system which was prepared to use for resolving the social dilemma of the economy bodies, and all participants said it was very "impressive"; Linda Din emphasized that "This social responsibility investment (SRI), which has been carried out for more than a decade, is to solve the global unemployment problem." "K-Horn Science Inc." (KSI) is an "Incubator" established by Peter L. C. Kuo in New York , USA in 1979; "Black Stone Co." was incubated on March 13 and to develop the relevant products of "Satellite Receivers and Cable TV" for reviving the economy of 1980s. Mr. Kuo was focus on "Saving Barbie" during 1982~1985, making Barbie reborn and soared on wings to the top of the world.
